Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This cancellation policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you prefer not to renew, you can cancel at any time.
To cancel or modify your subscription, simply use the links provided in your order confirmation emails to access and manage your subscription settings.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you're reserving an item that's currently out of stock or not yet available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining balance when the item becomes available.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer available, but you may request a full or partial refund. For more details on returns and refunds, please see our returns policy.
